ADX514ASOP20,a high sampling rate ADC chip,can replace ADS1254E

  ADX514 adopts the classic Delta-Sigma architecture,which enables it to maintain 24-bit no-missing-codes performance at the data output rate of 20kHz,with an effective resolution as high as 19 bits and corresponding root mean square noise as low as 2ppm.For vibration analysis,audio testing,high-precision weighing and other scenes that need to give consideration to speed and accuracy,this ADC chip can provide a wide enough dynamic range without sacrificing signal-to-noise ratio.
 
 
  ADX514,an ADC chip,separates the digital interface power supply,supports 1.8V to 5V wide voltage logic level,and can be directly connected to low-voltage FPGA or MCU without additional level conversion circuit.The two-wire synchronous serial interface of ADC chip not only saves pin resources,but also facilitates low-cost isolation through optocoupler,which meets the rigid requirements of anti-interference and electrical isolation in industrial process control.
 
 
  ADX514 has four differential input channels.Compared with single-channel ADC chip,it can greatly reduce the amount of peripheral analog switches in multi-sensor data acquisition system.The differential input structure itself has a strong ability to suppress common-mode noise,and with the synchronous sampling mode inside the chip,the phase deviation between multiple signals can be significantly reduced.The SSOP-20 package of ADC chip is a compact surface mount package with moderate pin spacing,which not only meets the requirements of high-density board layout,but also does not pose too high a challenge to the reflow soldering process.
